The SSMDG Zoom Car Life Hexa Trophy 2026 is a high-octane sprint championship featuring four world-renowned six-cylinder turbocharged grand tourers from Germany, Japan, Italy, and the United States.
The cars selected are Porsche 911 Turbo S (992) '20, Nissan GT-R NISMO '17, Maserati MC20 '20, and Ford GT '17. They are performance-tuned to deliver between 334 hp and 364 hp, with base weights ranging from 1,311 kg to 1,384 kg.
The series consists of 24 intense 55 km sprint races across 8 rounds, held on a mix of real and fictional circuits in Europe, the United States, Great Britain, Japan, and South America.
SSMDG's dynamic Balance of Performance adjusts cars based on driver level and race results to guarantee close, fair competition.
Open to everyone — from experienced FIA Gran Turismo drivers to complete newcomers — the championship uses the SSMDG Driver Level system to ensure drivers of all abilities can race together and enjoy thrilling battles.

About SSMDG Gran Turismo Championship
The SSMDG Gran Turismo Championship has a rich history dating back to 2009, when fourteen drivers based in Hong Kong competed in various championships for two years. However, as many drivers started families, racing had to be put on hold.
In August 2018, Franco Wong and Bem Ho reconnected and, along with other drivers, launched the SSMD Group Gran Turismo Championship. Today, the championship is growing with twenty-two drivers and counting.
Each championship season features a new theme, ranging from Touring Car Races, Classic Car Racing and Japanese Performance to GT Cars, culminating in the current SSMDG Zoom Car Life Hexa Trophy 2026. The seasons consist of eight rounds, with one round of three races held every fortnight. Each race includes a qualifying event to determine the final sixteen grid slots.
To accommodate drivers of different skill levels, the SSMDG Driver's Level is ranked in Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Green based on their experience in Gran Turismo and Average Score per Attended Race (ASPAR) in the SSMDG Gran Turismo Championship.
To ensure fair races, a unique Balance of Performance system is applied based on the Lap Analysis of each race. Additionally, SSMDG Race Regulations are in place to address any rules the Gran Turismo AI system may overlook.
