8. Lap Time Analysis Special Note: After four championship rounds, the Race Stewards have observed that the Success Ballast has lesser effect on Blue Level racer car. Therefore, from Round 5, all the Blue Level racer cars will be increasing Base Weight by 4%. In addition, in order to further leveling the performance of racer cars, the Race Stewards will apply Silver Level BoP on Blue Level driver.
